Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1  business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship products Monday – Friday around 12pm, so if you order on the weekend your order will be processed on the next business day. If you do not include your order number with your payment using Cash App, we will have no way to verify the order so we will not ship until we receive confirmation via order # in your Cash app message. 

If you made a mistake with your shipping address and we have not shipped your order you have less than 24 hours to contact us to remedy the address before the order is shipped (we ship orders daily). If the shipping address is entered incorrectly for your order and we drop it off at the post office we will not send you a replacement. You, the customer, will be held financially liable for any mistakes made during the ordering process. Please double check your shipping address!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping to customers in the United States with USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.  These states are excluded from domestic shipping: Georgia and Idaho.

Shipping Options: 

  1. USPS Ground Advantage Bubble Mailer (3-5 Business Days) for $7.00
  2. USPS Priority Mail Bubble Mailer (1-2 Business Days) for $12.00
  3. USPS Small Flat Rate Box Priority (1-2 Business Days) for $14.00

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Katrina@mycologynow.com or jordanwlliams@mycologynow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Insurance Add-on Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

    • This Shipping Insurance Add-On (“Insurance”) is offered to you by Mycology Now (“we”, “us”, “our”) as an optional addition at checkout for a fee of $12. By opting in and purchasing this Insurance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Coverage

    • The Insurance covers the full replacement of your order in the event that it is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or encounters any shipping issues that prevent the order from being delivered in its intended condition. This coverage is limited to the replacement of goods and does not cover any additional compensation.

  3. Eligibility

    • To be eligible for a claim under this Insurance, you must have selected and paid for the Insurance at the time of checkout. Orders without the Insurance will not be covered for replacement under these terms.

  4. Claim Process

    • In the event of loss, damage, or any issue covered by this Insurance, you must notify us within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Please provide all relevant information and documentation regarding the order and the issue encountered.
    • We reserve the right to investigate the claim, which may include requesting additional information or documentation from you.

  5. Replacement

    • Upon approval of a claim, we will send out a replacement for the entire order at no additional cost to you. The replacement will be the same items as the original order; substitutions or changes are not permitted.
    • The replacement order will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

  6. Limitations

    • This Insurance is non-refundable once purchased.
    • The Insurance does not cover issues related to the recipient’s failure to provide accurate shipping information or to secure the delivered package.

  7. General

    • These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by us at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Insurance after any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.
    • This Insurance is governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
